Jen Ardis of Blue Heron Mindfulness and Linn Thorstensson of Straightforward Nutrition are teaming up to offer a series of half-day Mindfulness and Nutrition retreats at the Fermoy Community Youth Centre. The retreats will take place on Sundays (10am-2:00pm) and will offer you the time and tools to rest, refresh and nourish.
Each retreat features:

- Delicious tastings and a light lunch
Who is the Nourishing Sunday half-day retreat suitable for?
These retreats are suitable for anyone who is interested in increasing their self care through mindfulness and nutrition, and for anyone who simply wishes to spend an enjoyable half-day engaging with nourishing and illuminating practices, information and foods in a relaxed group atmosphere.
No prior experience of meditation is necessary.
